This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Satya Sankalp Services Private Limited ("Company") provides refunds for its consultancy services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Nature of Services

We provide business consultancy services including but not limited to loan facilitation, government scheme applications, company registrations, compliance assistance, and certifications. Our services involve professional expertise, time, and effort from the moment of engagement.

3. Refund Eligibility

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If the application is rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • If the client fails to cooperate or submit required documents within the stipulated time.
  • If the service has been fully delivered regardless of the outcome of the application.
  • Government fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges.
  • Changes in government policies, bank rules, or eligibility criteria after the service has commenced.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@satyasankalp.in.
  • Include your name, phone number, service availed, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a service by notifying us in writing before the work commences.
  • Cancellation after work has begun will be subject to deduction for work already completed.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel a service if the client provides false or misleading information.

7. Disputes

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
